Quick & Easy Fat Bomb Recipe

Lately, fat bombs have become all-the-go in the recipe world. But what are they?

Fat bombs are small frozen treats often made from high-fat, low carb ingredients. Don’t let the name scare you--they actually have amazing health benefits!

Research has revealed that healthy (unsaturated) fats can fill you up, make it easier to maintain a healthy weight, and provide you with fuel your body needs to function properly. Fat bombs are essentially concentrated form of healthy fats, making them the perfect snack to get you through that mid-day slump!

Inspired by the fat bomb trend, we decided to whip up our own version using our Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder to add a boost of lactation support. Keep reading to find out how to make these tasty fat bombs and learn about the health benefits:

 The Recipe:

  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 ½ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 scoops Majka Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder
  • ½ cup almond butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper (12x9 in)
  3. Pour mixture into the pan
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours
  5. Remove from freezer and break into pieces with knife
  6. Keep frozen, and enjoy!
